This luxury home that our family custom designed, ensures ample space and privacy for each member, and has many thoughtfully crafted spaces for communal fun and bonding. Perfect for making memories with large groups! You will have the entire house and property to yourselves. 6 BEDROOMS We have luxurious sleeping space for 16 people which are included in the booking price; But can accommodate up to 24 for an additional $60 per person/ per night. (all adults and kids ages 2-18 are counted in this headcount. An exception is made only for 2 babies aged 0-24 months). Bedroom 1: 1 King (Master) Jacuzzi Tub. Walk-in shower. PETS We warmly welcome guests with 1-2 dogs. There is a pet fee applied for bringing your furry friends and a special set of rules guests must follow- Pet's are not allowed free range of the house. Please add 1-2 pets in your guest count and the fee will be applied to your initial booking price. WEDDINGS & EVENTS: A lot of people book this property around their weddings or special events! We are not an event venue, but we can accommodate groups of as many people as our property can sleep (24 max). This can be a wonderful place for a small elopement or for the bridal party to make lifelong memories relaxing before and after a wedding. We simply ask that guests let us know about any special events and the number of people who will come to the property. Even if it's just for a few hours, the total number of people who come to the property can not exceed how many guests are on your reservation (the max is 24 and there is an extra fee for each guest over the first 16 which are included in all bookings).
